Remember, YOU are the only one in Here

Recently, I had a bit of a shock and then another. I thought I was doing fine as I’m the type who walks through adversity and just keeps on walking. SOMETIMES I GET CAUGHT, caught in the lesson that is yet to be realized. Today, was one of those moments. In my meditation, I stated that I was DONE with this issue and that shock or not I was ready to move on. My most gracious Inner Self sent me a warm glow and proceeded to say, ‘ REMEMBER, it’s just a STORY. Remember, it’s just a Story, remember it’s just a story.’ Breathe………..‘Granted, it is YOUR Story……………but a STORY none the less ! ‘

So I sit with this message that made me smile. It is not as if I don’t know this but my personality obviously had some deep connection to the events and was HOLDING On to and reeling in the PERCEIVED unwanted outcome. Stop. Perceived is the key word here.

As we take in this concept of our PERSONAL STORY LINE, we realize that in reality WE are NOT the Story. We are the AUTHORS of the Story. And, as with anything that we personally have a hand in creating, we are ATTACHED to it. I think of my children or my ART work, I still cannot sell my original work, as if they are too close to let go.

Are you BRAVE enough to view your life as a STORY? How would you feel differently about your circumstances knowing that YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE IN HERE, the only one who is writing the script? Would you be able to truly LOVE ALL OF YOURSELF? Even the pieces that have made mistakes or took the role of victim?

THIS IS VERY DEEP work and I know that if you are still reading, you are game for the change in PERSPECTIVE. Take a moment to look closely at yourself as if you were the PUPPETEER! and remember that you have created your personality/ego self and that it is YOU as the Commander in Chief of your LIFE, as the Higher Self, as that one you go to for insight that is ACTUALLY YOU ! Take it in. YOU ARE YOUR HIGHER SELF ! How could it be any other way?

NOW is your moment to ACKNOWLEDGE that it is your Divine Birth Right to step into your Higher PERSPECTIVE and Proceed from here. This is quite a gift of SELF LOVE, SELF APPROVAL and SELF WORTH that brings forward the very best of YOU.

PERMISSION GRANTED!!! Proceed to the Highest Octave that you can conceive of and operate from there because YOU are the ONLY ONE in HERE!

As Within, So Without

Remember your bubble of energy, your aura. By Deb Barrett

The world is in tizzy, it’s plain to see.

But what can we do about it ? you and me?

If I meditate on World Peace, imagining it to be so.

Will I have enough Peace in me, to see it actually grow?

Or will my imaginings be dashed because I can not embrace

the Peaceful part of me, in all this rat race?

Though I reach for it, I dance with it, I imagine it to be so.

It evades me. Where is this truth?

Where is the peaceful part of me, when I need it the most?

So, instead of mediating on World Peace, we can find our PEACE Within

when we ARE the Peace we’re after and all becomes win/win.

It’s not a place, it’s close to a feeling, but not a feeling, more of a knowing.

As I BECOME PEACE and REMAIN on this MAGNIFICENT VIBRATION,

then, and only then will I truly be adding PEACE to the world.

I AM the PEACE I seek in others.  I AM the PEACE the seeker seeks.

TRY THIS:

A little PLUG IN moment. Can you Hum? Go to your quiet place. The bathroom works well. Stand in front of the mirror, slow your breathing. Take a moment to look yourself in the eye. Careful now, not one negative thought. Tell your reflection that ‘you are doing the best you can and that it’s OK to calm down now‘. Breathe out with force. Breathe in with love, out forcefully 3 times. Now just HUM, mouth shut, HUM. Imagine the vibration moving to the back of your throat, your neck and ears as the Sphere of Light is being generated by your Hum’s Vibration. You may notice that this bubble of energy is growing around you. Just imagine this buzzing love, is AROUND and THROUGH your body. Feel the energy engulfing your neck, ears and shoulders, with the focus being 2″ below your throat, behind your High Heart. Breathe. Repeating this exercise will result in you being able to recenter yourself at will.  Allowing you to BE PEACEFUL AT WILL.

Volatile Times Require Deliberate Intention

Angel Encounters

I woke last night at 1:30 am.  Called to create in the middle of the night.

We met on the roof top.

I was wide awake but not thinking.  It was more of a simple awareness.  By 3:30 lights out again and this morning I look back on what was created.  I share this with you as a reminder that we are not alone, never have been.  For all of our fears have only been to motivate us to find our inner magnificence, our unearthly selves.

What is it about Cancer?

What has a White Sacred Owl got to do with the energy of cancer?

I heard that cancer research is among the wealthiest money machines these days.

I have a  history of loved ones being overtaken by this scary energy.  For many years I battled it out in my mind.  There is something about fear that really puts us to the task.

My task was to figure out what I could do to shift the face of cancer for myself. There is lots of information on-line pointing towards many non-conventional ways of alleviating cancer.   Most people are too scared to use them because they feel they can not trust what is outside of the realms of conventional medicine and their Dr. would not approve.  Never mind the fact that they can’t trust their own intuition.

I’m not here to say, do one thing or another.  My message is to take back your power.  Fear is a motivator.  Step back , if you can and see your body as a collection of cells all knowing what they are doing.  We don’t direct them or have to think about what they do.

But, what if we took the time to realize that we are only alive because of the Spiritual essence within us.  That bright light, the spark I keep trying to capture in my artwork.

With cancer, our light has dimmed.  There are many reasons for this, they are not right or wrong, just an “IS ” for the moment.  If we get to the stillness within, we can pull in the power of this inner light, we remember our unbreakable bond to our creator.  You are not being punished, you are being motivated to discover your Source Energy.

One more thing, when we remember that we are eternal spirits and that ‘nobody gets out of here alive’, we can release the fear of death.  This was the trigger that helped me the most.  As a self-healer, when I really internalized this fact, I became so much more comfortable and confident in my own ability to restore and maintain my physical well-being.

I have been playing with the idea of a Sphere representing the Creator.  As the Spheres multiply the beautiful Seed of Life is created.  Within every sphere of reality, there exists the opportunity for all of the spheres to align in harmony.

The Vitality Activator is an orange sphere with a rose glow.  Orange as in prana or life force, rose as in love and kindness.  Within this bubble of life a violet purifying sphere holds within it the Seed of Life, a series of spheres overlapping to create the flower.  This is you, the unique flower, with all of your varying petals.

This natural, sacred alignment holds the harmonic tension of the colors by pairing the purifying violet with the vital life force of the orange and red.  Feel the activity that these colors stimulate in you.  Opposite ends of our chakra antenna activated simultaneously.

I quickly realized that I could put everyone on the planet’s name on the list, including the planet herself.  So in my quiet time I target energy at all of these.

Please know LOVE is always there.  As each day goes by in this amazing year of culminations, 2012, please put your differences aside.  Consciously draw from the knowledge that we are all ‘cells in the body of God’, never forget we all have a purpose.  As small or as great as your purpose may seem to you, it is an integral part of US, all of Us in the magnificent whole.

SEND LOVE !  Be a beacon of Light and flash a little power surge toward someone in need.  Don’t say you don’t know how, just be within the image.
