You may know that SOUND HEALS, but did you know that Sound can be used to MAINTAIN YOUR WELL-BEING AS WELL ?
The power of a Sound Therapeutic session is based on RESONANCE. Every cell, bone and organ in your body has it’s own FREQUENCY. When one is ‘out of tune’ it effects all the others. Much like an orchestra with an instrument playing out of sink with the whole, you just know something isn’t right. You can hear it and feel it.
Through the use of Vibro-Acoustics it is not only possible but probable that Harmony will be reestablished. Did you know that your BODY is a mirror of your SUBCONSCIOUS Mind ?

ANGER is expressed through the body as an INFECTION.
FEAR is experienced in the body in many forms, one familiar one is CONSTIPATION but also includes ANXIETY, Depression, etc.
GRIEF is expressed as literal HEART ACHE, Arrhythmia and Loss of Appetite.
FEELINGS of not being enough and/or long standing RESENTMENTS are experiences as CANCER.
NOT being able to SPEAK YOUR TRUTH is experienced as a SORE THROAT or swallowing issues.
ANGRY WORDS withheld create COLD SORES.

We will be using COLORED PENCILS to create our ‘Personal HEALING MANDALA’. The image you create will be based on Sacred Geometry and your comfort with color. Yours to take home and hang in a prominent space in your world. This image will radiate for you your highest and best!
In spite of the whirlwind of life swirling about WE WILL CREATE A FOCUSED IMAGE, an expression of our personal inner knowing of harmony and balance.
No previous art knowledge needed, Deb will guide you through the process of connecting with your personal Artist/Healer within, this expression will flow out of you. Especially great for those who ‘can’t draw’.
If you would like to work with your own colored pencils please bring them. Please bring water to drink as well. When we work with the electrical energies of our Higher Selves our vessel/body needs more water to keep the battery stable.
Note from Deb: Coloring is one of my specialties, it has saved my life, literally at least 5 times and has always soothed me since being a child. Somehow Coloring reconnects us to our very center, a place we came from and lived in as a child. It is a wise time to reconnect to this state.

#1. CLASSIC – the original 90 min. $133. Whole sha-bang experience!
The first 30 min is spent discussing “where you are” and “where you would like to be”. Deb will engage you with questions that guide you to your own inner wisdom and set the stage for your Healing and Spiritual growth. This is a teaching time, with lots of information about your energy field and how to best use your power in your current circumstance. We will talk about your energy centers, your life style, your favorite color as a child, relationships, physical ailments and anything else that will allow you to gracefully move to the next level of health, wealth and well-being. Then we will be able to craft a working intention for your time on the Sound Table based on your personal information. Often people are surprised at how simple it can be to find the KEYS to their own well-being.
The next hour is spent on the Sound Table within the Dodecahedron, your body melts into the table as you are bathed in the vibrational resonance of the music. What is Light Language?
Light Language is a simple tool that can be used to create vibrant well-being. Easy to learn and somehow very familiar.
COLOR is light at varying rates of vibration. Within the infinite number of colors we can find colors to relax us or stimulate and invigorate us. It’s important to remember that Color Evokes Our EMOTIONS! asking us How Do We FEEL?
