We have all heard of the ‘Tree of Life’, yes? For a moment remember that you too have a trunk, branches, leaves and roots. This is a powerful symbol for healing our entire system. Now, imagine that Tree, minus it’s roots. Not so good.
In Sacred Geometry we use the SQUARE and the CUBE as Stabilizers. When I work with my clients, I often place a cube into their root chakra. It can be RED or BLACK and sometimes a deep PORT WINE Color. This particular gift offers us a sense of SECURITY as well as STABILITY and CONTAINMENT, a sense of being held, as in the WOMB.
Why is our symbol BLACK and RED? The BLACK represents the void and your latent gifts, tools and treasures you have yet to discover about yourself. The RED, is your Courage, your life blood, your Earthly Physical Power.
- Black Unsensed qualities, contractive, deep, still, unmanifested spiritual gifts, the sea of potentiality, the great void. If you use Black as a color remember whatever you see/feel here is what you bring with you. Love all of it.
- Red Active, beginnings, human love, capacity to cope, no limits, energized, strong will and courage, restored.
What significance does the FIBONACCI SPIRAL have in our symbol? By placing the Fibonacci Spiral on top of the SQUARED CUBES of BLACK and RED, we activate the ORIGINAL INTENT of the ROOT Chakra as a FOUNDATION to build upon, physically, mentally, emotionally and Spiritually. This SPIRAL brings energy into our ROOT. Directing it down into a VORTEX that pulls energy into our BASE chakra allowing us to feel FULL, GROUNDED, STABLE and DELIBERATE.
TO USE THIS SYMBOL to heal your ROOT, simply study the image then close your eyes. Use your imagination to FEEL the energy being drawn in from over your head, being sent straight down into your groin and down into the Earth. Visualize a Cone shaped Vortex pointing down at the Center of the Earth. Sit in this VORTEX, sit within the image. FEEL it and VISUALIZE it straight down the center of your core. Great to use if you are feeling ROCKED BY OTHER PEOPLE’S ENERGY. By taking the time to re-establish your own BASE you are spared the bounce back effect of dealing with the unstable situations that life can often throw at us.
