New Mantra Test Run: I AM SO LUCKY
Everyday for 30 days I repeat, I AM SO LUCKY, over and over again. This becomes my new MANTRA.
Each time I remember to say, I AM SO LUCKY ! I think of a reason that I AM LUCKY. Some of my favorites are: I have a home. I have the perfect pillow to sleep on, a nice warm bed, a beautiful family and on and on. I AM lucky to feel loved, to see the greater picture, to be OK with what is, to have others to help me.
Each day, every time, every hour of every day for 30 days I will conduct this personal test.
My hypothesis is that the more I AGREE WITH MYSELF THAT I AM SOOOOO LUCKY, the more lucky I will be.
Now luck is a funny thing. Some people describe it as an unseen energy that just happens to crash into you. I do suppose that is one definition of luck. I prefer to think of it as a VIBRATION. The frequency of which is the lucky frequency, different for everyone I’m sure but create-able.
I would like to invite you to do this experiment with me. If you see notable changes in how you feel, in how things work out for you or in ways that others treat you TAKE NOTE ! I would be honored if you would share your highlights so that others can pick up the frequency.
Now go create some PERSONAL LUCK. Your new Mantra is, I AM SO LUCKY !!!

Vitality Activator: I AM filled with VITALITY
I have been playing with the idea of a Sphere representing the Creator. As the Spheres multiply the beautiful Seed of Life is created. Within every sphere of reality, there exists the opportunity for all of the spheres to align in harmony.
The Vitality Activator is an orange sphere with a rose glow. Orange as in prana or life force, rose as in love and kindness. Within this bubble of life a violet purifying sphere holds within it the Seed of Life, a series of spheres overlapping to create the flower. This is you, the unique flower, with all of your varying petals.
This natural, sacred alignment holds the harmonic tension of the colors by pairing the purifying violet with the vital life force of the orange and red. Feel the activity that these colors stimulate in you. Opposite ends of our chakra antenna activated simultaneously.
If you would like to use this image an open eye meditation simply say: I AM filled with Vitality !

Send Love

I quickly realized that I could put everyone on the planet’s name on the list, including the planet herself. So in my quiet time I target energy at all of these.
Please know LOVE is always there. As each day goes by in this amazing year of culminations, 2012, please put your differences aside. Consciously draw from the knowledge that we are all ‘cells in the body of God’, never forget we all have a purpose. As small or as great as your purpose may seem to you, it is an integral part of US, all of Us in the magnificent whole.
SEND LOVE ! Be a beacon of Light and flash a little power surge toward someone in need. Don’t say you don’t know how, just be within the image.

Create your Bubble
Well, you don’t really need to create your bubble, it’s already there. What we are really doing is bringing our awareness to our bubble.
We all identify with our physical beingness. Some of us identify with our mental beingness and still others identify primarily with their emotional beingness.
On top of and throughout all of these layers of ourselves is our bubble of light. It is in actuality the etheric part of us that is as real as any other part of our being. Without our Soul Light bubble we cease to exist in form.
Try This:
Step #1
Sit quietly, eyes closed, feet flat on the floor, spine straight. (It helps to imagine a strong magnet over your head pulling you up.) RELAX, take at least 3 deep, long, slow breathes. Quiet the mind by focusing on your 3rd eye. Here in the center of your forehead, or more accurately, in the center of your head is the pineal gland. To connect to this power house try imagining a dot of light in the center of your head. As if watching the street lights come on at night, imagine the light getting brighter and brighter.
Make note of any colors you may see. Breathe in and out and with each breath imagine the light getting bigger and bigger, brighter and brighter. After a while you will find yourself sitting within your light bubble.
This is the light of your own Soul. Soul light feeds us. Just like eating your favorite food, your body delights in the glow from within. Your mind sharpens, your heart opens, your body is rejuvenated.
Step #2
If you want to go deeper, turn on your inner vision. If you don’t know how, that’s OK. Just use your imagination again and act as if.
Now take a moment to check your boundaries. Is your bubble a perfect sphere? Maybe an oval or a 3 dimensional diamond, the Octahedron? Whatever it is, just be aware of it. Pay attention. Continue breathing into your bubble until you feel satisfied with it’s symmetry and fullness.
Relax, you have just identified your energy bubble. Breathe into it everyday.
Step #3
The next step will take us into the realm of Sacred Geometry and Light Language. Not as out there as it may sound. It is a language that we all innately know.

Light Language is a simple tool that can be used to create vibrant well-being.
Light language uses Colored Light and Sacred Geometry allowing us to align with the harmonious patterns of the Universe. Simple to learn and somehow very familiar. This inner symbolic language is innate to us all. Have some fun and sense your energetic volume, how you impact the world and how the world impacts you.
Color
Color is light at varying rates of vibration. Within the infinite number of colors we can find colors to relax us or stimulate and invigorate us. Still other colors infuse us with cheerfulness and joy. The energy in color affects our muscles, our mental functions and our nervous systems.
The most important point here is that Color Evokes Our EMOTIONS! Asking us, How do we FEEL?
Sacred Geometry
Sacred Geometry is based on Unity. It is a way to visually symbolize formal order. It comes from the idea that the Universe is all ONE. One heart beat, one pulse, one living breathing consciousness. Hard to imagine, yes but somehow true. In alignment with this premise, ancient Sacred Geometry begins with ONE. Our modern day geometry is very different, it begins with ZERO.
Sacred Geometry starts with a single point. Modern geometry starts with a blank page. The Universe is within the point. The order and alignments, the progression and proportion of the material world is the reflection of the ordered thoughts of the creator. A Divine system that we are all ONE with. We are all cells in this amazing body of God.
The primary geometric forms that are found in Sacred Geometry are considered to be these crystallized thought of God or Chrystallized GOD Consciousness.
God is Light

GOD THINKING !
In using Basic Light Language you will discover many new things about yourself and how you create your reality. So, have some fun with it. Walk around in the blue diamond one day or internalize a gold sphere the next, how does it feel? How does it support your living as your Higher Self, Here and Now !

Scattered? Your simple solution is ready.

Remember, you are going to be stepping INSIDE of this image.
If you are ever scattered at all, there is a simple solution. It’s your ability to focus. Use it!
So, what’s your experience with being scattered? Would you say ‘only sometimes’ or ‘are you kidding, always!’, whichever place your daily life takes you, or should I say, whichever place you allow yourself to go, you always have the power to realign, refocus and CENTER yourself.
Here is a simple tool for CENTERING. It is easy to use and is perfect for when there is more energy going out than coming in. But, ‘How do I know that more energy is going out than is coming in’ ?
The symptoms range from skin irritations to chronic conditions and even breast cancer, heart attacks and broken bones. As an ego driven culture we express ourselves by striving and struggling. We forget our Center.
Use this simple 3 minute exercise to find your Center:
For 1 minute: study the centering image above. Follow the outline of the 3D diamond shape, the Octahedron of Sacred Geometry, the as above, so below shape.
For 1 minute: close your eyes, imagine you are standing in front of a giant black board. See the image appear on the board. Study it again.
For 1 minute: move your consciousness into the picture, see yourself walking into the center of the Octahedron. Check your feelings. Make note of the acoustics of the space, the quality of the colors?
You’re done! By taking a 3 minute time out to center ourselves, we give ourselves the opportunity to sense what being Centered feels like. You will find your day goes surprisingly better the more you deliberately stand in the Center of your own being.
Use your focus for your own good, what’s the alternative?

Plugging in to Universal Consciousness
Don’t forget to PLUG IN everyday !
Let’s reinforce our alignment with our higher selves. The best way to do this is to Focus our energy and then think UP.
Here we see the use of the blue of truth and the black of latent potential. Both energy ladened images feed us the frequencies of alignment using vertical energies, seen in the column of light and vertical stacking of symbols. As the vertical energy connects to the triangles or cone shaped energies, out energies are focused and our intention is influenced to move upward.
On the left we are meditative and in form. The more we move to the right, as in using the right brain, the more we become like the image on the right, Vesica Pisces and all. We begin to experience our true nature as light beings.
I hope you enjoy this example of Light Language and come to realize that it is an innate language that we all intuitively know.
Stay tuned in and Plug In often. Once an hour is good. Once a day is good too. As with any exercise, we get stronger with practice.
