Group Energy Dynamics … What a Ride !

M.  Hi Deb,  I absolutely love your interpretation of our session. It’s amazing…I can see the connective flow of spirituality, energy and love as we surround a fellow spiritual sister while she opens her spirit to receive the blessings of her sound therapy journey. Your interpretation is exactly what I felt throughout the session. I feel blessed to have been a part of it. I am still in awe of what we all experienced. I have felt an energy shift in the area of my 2nd chakra since the session. I seem to have a happy contentment with the distinct feeling of a pleasant energy in that area. Even if I am physically tired, I don’t feel mentally drained and I am able to fall right to sleep at night (which is unusual for me).  I can’t wait to do it again:)   Thanks again

Many of us are experiencing unusual shifts in our awareness, strange things with our bodies and shifts in relationships.  We are transitioning and could use a huge energy boost to bring us to the next chapter in our lives.  I have crafted a simple solution, it goes like this.  Get together 2 friends, including yourself, and come in for an encounter with the Divine.  No healing experience is needed only an open heart.  We will ground and plug in, talk about our intentions and then each person gets time on the table with the others doing hands on healing or meditating quietly. Expect to experience lots of Ah Ha moments and sharing.

Sound Therapeutics hosted our first group session on Sat., Nov. 16, 2013.  It was a stunning success.  I want to invite you all to come by and be amazed at how powerful you really are.

The Answer Is In Your Heart

I am in give away mode today.  Within the sorting I came across this piece that I wrote in 2002, just after 9-11.  The ideas are still so pertinent, so real and raw.  It is still time to come home to your heart.

Where are we when we are not in our hearts?  Are we opening doorways to new possibilities or running from the darkness that we have failed to understand?  Where are we when we are alone?  Are we lost to the reality of love or are we terrified of our own creations?

Have we forgotten the light of life?  The wisdom of truth that compassion is key.  Compassion for self, compassion for those around us, and yes, compassion for those who know no other recourse than to cause pain and suffering to others.

We are upon the doorstep of UNITY.  Remembering our losses and trials serves to reinforce our commitment to love and light.  What were we arguing about? What are we fighting against?  Could it be our own darkness that we are unwilling to see?

Within our own beingness is the only answer we will ever need.  The only answer that can catapult us forward as a unified consciousness in love, as one great solution to all that we perceive as troublesome, confusing and painful.

Take this moment to remember when you felt completely accepted, completely loved.  Sit within this glowing space, this sanctuary only exist within you.  Please visit often. 

Remember that without the intense demonstration of what we do not want, we would be slow to articulate what  it is that we do desire. From deep within, now comes the solutions to our separation, that other worldly knowing, that all is perfect as it is, for we are evolving right on schedule.  Blessings for us all stream in from the greater reality.  Open and receive what is yours for the asking.  Open your hearts and be love in this moment.

We can only change what is in our own lives.  I now take responsibility for creating peace consistently in my own heart.  I now take responsibility for bringing peace and harmony to all of my relationships.  I now take personal responsibility for imagining, feeling and creating a unified planetary consciousness.  Please join me.

What is a DreamWeaver and Why Should I Try it?

4The DreamWeaver is a vibro-acoustic or musical environment.  It is a sacred space where you feel as well as hear the music.  It is capable of connecting your consciousness to its highest potential while deeply relaxing your body and clearing your mind.

Be ONE

Sometimes we have to consciously block out the outer world in order to enter into the place of our personal  inner wisdom and wholeness.    This ‘cave’ of silent knowing always exists, yet, without our intentional focus upon it, we do not find our answer.

In every bubble in this photograph we see the reflection of the photographer, the viewer of life, mirrored in each and every reflection.   Notice how each reflection is slightly distorted and uniquely itself yet is still the reflection of the observer.  

Think of all the reflections we have in our lives.  Each a mirror of ourselves seen though many, many perspectives.  

Be still the mind and open to your heart’s knowing.  Enjoy your memories of the past, joyfully anticipate your future creations and most importantly keep your focus on the NOW.

Simply, quietly, BE NOW.

The present is full of what we bring to it.   So, plug into your inner light and dial up super bright.  The world needs your love and acceptance, your calm strength and trust.

If you are looking for profound relaxation and deep connection with your own Inner guidance, you have come to the right place.   Through the use of the always gorgeous and divine DreamWeaver vibro-acoustic sound womb you will be effortlessly transported to a new state of well-being and health.

What will my Session be like?

You can expect to be embraced and greeted with a smile, we will sit and chat about where you are and where you would like to be.  We will create a working intention for your well being followed by your time on the sound table.  You will be fully dressed and comfy.   Harmonic frequencies in the form of music will surround and penetrate your body, mind and Spirit.  I will do energy work including Reiki, Healing Touch, tuning forks and essential oils.  Expect to feel dreamy and aware, restored and rejuvenated.

We are currently open Monday through Saturday from 9 am – 3 pm.  All session are by appointment only.   If you would like to book your session or get more info. please contact me at debbarrett808@gmail.com.  I will be delighted to discuss how vibro-acoustics can be  included in your personal well-being program.
