I am happy to announce that I have completing a project that I have been working on since we came home from Kauai in 2010.  I will now be able to extend my sessions from Fridays and Saturdays to Monday through Saturday.  The time has come to dive more deeply into Spiritual Guidance.   Are you ready?  I sure am.  

Now available for 2 hour sessions Monday through Saturday 10 am each day. If you need a special time just let me know and we can work it out.

Personal Energy Portraits

Personal Energy Portraits by Deb BarrettI’ve been coloring since childhood, and listening to the inner voice since then as well. This web site, theblessingchair.com, was created to share information about Spirit.  I do this through my Artwork and the power of Sound and Sacred Geometry.

I’ve been coloring since childhood, and listening to the inner voice since then as well. This web site, theblessingchair.com, was created to share information about Spirit.  I do this through my Artwork and the power of Sound and Sacred Geometry.

I have been doing Reiki since 1989. When I learned to send Reiki energy to others I found that I would receive an image, a symbolic impression of the client at their very best.  This is how I began creating Personal Energy Portraits.  The Light Language images that I create are in complete resonance with the frequency of the subject.  It’s great fun to realize that we all understand this inner language.

If you would like your own Energy Portrait you can schedule an appointment with me at Sound Therapeutics in Duxbury.  We will be together for about 90 min. while I sketch your energy field.  Your image will be a frame-able 8 x 10 keepsake created with colored pencils.

All Energy Portraits are $150.  If you do not live close to Duxbury, Ma. or would like to give an Energy Portrait as a gift, I can create the image through absencia. All I need is the person’s full name and date of birth.

Well, here’s a great idea.

Let’s create a beautiful Blessing Chair for ourselves. Yes, I have created mine as a physical thing but you can create a virtual one for yourself that can take you anywhere to experience all that you believe is possible.

Find a quiet place.  Again this can be physical or imagined.

Gather some pillows to comfortably support yourself.One under the knees is good and one under the head or base of the skull.  Whatever feels ‘right’  for you.  What we are going for is a relaxed, supported neutral feeling.  A recliner works well. Take your time with this, when you are physically comfortable you should feel like you are floating.

Place an eye pillow over your eyes or imagine that you are in complete darkness, a quiet, neutral, supportive space.

You can play beautiful music to support the feeling.  Choose music without words, music that is bi-neural is especially good.  Bi-neural music stimulates both sides of the brain creating elevated consciousness, very cool stuff.

As you close your eyes begin by imagining a large black board and a large eraser. We all have persistent thoughts, now is the time to take your eraser and with large sweeping stokes, erase the chatter from your mental board.

When you are satisfied that your visual board is clear, invite in the reality that holds your chosen desire.  It can be anything.  It can be something you want to see come to pass in the physical.  It can be blessings for yourself personally or it can be blessings for global ideas.  Whatever it is, just know that you are the artist, the creator and just like painting with actual paint you are creating a landscape that holds your vision.

Some may think that this is quite abstract but as we expand into the possible, we become the designer of the dream.  I imagine myself picking up the brush.

Whatever your dream may be, it can be experienced as a NOW event.

Take this into consideration before you choose your course.  As always, enjoy the ride.

We will be activating our highest DNA potential with specific DNA Activation music while we RELAX and enjoy COLORING a MERKABA Mandala.   You willbring home your Mandala to use as an “Open Eye” meditation piece.  This is an experiential class, runs 90 min @ $22.

What is Light Language?

Light Language is a simple tool that can be used to create vibrant well-being. Easy to learn and somehow very familiar.
COLOR is light at varying rates of vibration. Within the infinite number of colors we can find colors to relax us or stimulate and invigorate us. It’s important to remember that Color Evokes Our EMOTIONS! asking us How Do We FEEL?
SACRED GEOMETRY is based on UNITY. One heart beat, one pulse, one living breathing consciousness. The primary geometric forms that are found in Sacred Geometry are considered to be the crystallized thought of God or Chrystallized GOD Consciousness.

God is Light and Sacred Geometry is GOD THINKING ! ! !

Time for a FRESH Start

Calm Down

When we find ourselves in a place of TOO MUCH,  too much work, too much busy, too much anything we may also find that we have lost something.  That something, is your connection to your SELF.  The busy world is a given, we all live here.  We also ALL have the choice, and on a very deep level the responsibility, to CALM DOWN.

The Sound Therapeutics process is a gentle ushering in of Peace, from the inside out.  A place to put down your burdens and JUST BREATHE.  This is sound healing that clears the emotional body with deeply moving music.  This is sound healing that clears the mental field balancing logic with creativity and the imagination. This is sound healing that allows you to move into a state of SELF KNOWING and personal empowerment.  This is The Blessing Chair and it is waiting for you.
