10 – 11 am is an hour of new beginnings.
We will begin with becoming aware of ourselves in relation to a meditative state of mind. We will take time to wind down into our body while we accept ourselves as we are. We will be aligning our body, mind and Spirit with our own Divine Self.
While you are using headphones with specific healing music, a kneeling posture and your intention, I will do Reiki, toning and breath, etc. to ‘quicken’ your SHIFT INTO WHOLENESS.

After 30 years of Reiki, Sound Healing and Sacred Geometry it is all coming together with the opening of The BLESSING ROOM. I will be using my extensive Healing Music Library to hone in on specific qualities that connect us to our Divine Template.
